We had a wonderful experience at Via Emilia! The highlight of our evening was definitely our waitress, Vanessa. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and many restaurants tend to rush you at that time. Instead, the staff treated us with kindness and never made us feel like an inconvenience. They even took the time to congratulate us on our anniversary, which made the evening even more special. The food, service, and overall hospitality were outstanding. Five stars isn’t enough, I would give them 10 stars if I could! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Vanessa, and the entire Via Emilia team, for making our anniversary such a memorable one.

My family and I came here for the first time on mother’s day and we had such a pleasant time. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Rebecca and Arlette who immediately set the tone on a positive note. The staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Our waiter, Robert, was really patient and helpful with any questions we had and provided lovely service. I had made a reservation and was told they tried to uphold their part as best as they could, which is a small and simple gesture but showed that they took time out to not only read my request but do their best to accommodate. Along with all of that, the restaurant was beautiful, clean, and calm; a nice atmosphere in general. I 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. <3

I visited Villa Emilia last Tuesday, and I can confidently say this place is worth every single dollar you spend. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and inviting. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t just look beautiful—it feels like a complete experience. The service was exceptional. We were attended by Stevenson (I hope I’m spelling it correctly), and he truly elevated the entire visit. He made us feel welcomed from the very beginning, was attentive without being overwhelming, and ensured everything flowed perfectly throughout the night. Now, let’s talk about the food—because this is where Villa Emilia truly shines. I ordered the four-cheese pasta with roasted chicken, and everything about it was flawless. The presentation was stunning, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was roasted to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. We also tried the shrimp served inside a pineapple, which was not only visually impressive but absolutely delicious. Definitely an unexpected fine dining gem in The Woodlands. I had a wonderful lunch there recently with my son. We both had the Vitello Osso Buco as the main course, which is served with risotto done right. Online this shows on the lunch menu, but we opted for the dinner menu which was available during lunch. Also, the OB is a standard menu offering, not just as a special, which I've found to be the case at another Italian restaurant that I have found that also offers OB, but only one day a week. Surrounding the main course we started with Polpo, grilled octopus with bell pepper vinaigrette, arugula, fingerling potatoes, Insalata Caprese, and deserts including a fabulous cannoli and house-made limoncello (I don't think they are on the menu???) and White Chocolate & Raspberry Bread Pudding. I wish I could give them a 7 star rating. (also, sorry for not taking more photos, I forgot as I was enjoying the food so much)

Having recently moved to The Woodlands, my wife and I have been exploring local restaurant options. We found "our sushi" and "our Mexican" places, and after our first visit, Via Emilia is "our Italian" restaurant. We entered and were surrounded by warm, low lights and deep-dark wood - we felt like we were at an upscale Manhattan restaurant, though we did not need a reservation four our Tuesday evening visit (I would imagine it would be good to have one, particularly on weekends). We were immediately seated, and shown a great drink menu and wine list, as well as an excellent menu with the perfect number of options to choose from (all of the classics and some options we had not seen before, all sounding very authentic). Our waiter was Victor, and he was extremely attentive, prompt and courteous, always available but never overbearing. We ordered the carbonara and a penne dish with a gorgonzola sauce, as well as a side of Italian sausage. While we waited, Victor brought some bread and oil, and that was very good; crusty, soft and porous. The meals came very quickly, and perfectly hot. My first bite of the carbonara brought me back to a similarly appointed restaurant in Rome - instant
